X-Men #39 Cover process

This one came so naturally that it's probably the fastest cover I've ever done. When the idea is clear there's nothing to do, you just… do it.
First sketch, one minute?

Color sketch.

Ink, see the black masses in Domino's breasts?
Final color. Darker masses and lots of space to compose the image at designers taste (up and left).

X-Men #37 Cover process.

I didn't know then if I wanted to do the volumes in ink or computer.

Final ink.

Color A. Same color scheme than #36.

Red is always better for a cover,

Final result, bad scan though.

X-Men #36 Cover process

First layouts.
Final Layout.

Color version A.

Color version after Jeanine Schaeffer told me to go RED.
Final result.
